Jeffrey R. Bankston

Jeffrey R. Bankston graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. in 1985. He graduated from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University with a J.D. in 1988, and graduated from the University of Florida College of Law with an LL.M. in 1989. Mr. Bankston is an active member of the Florida and Alabama Bar Associations, several federal District Courts in both Florida and Alabama, as well as all state Courts in Florida and Alabama.

Mr. Bankston believes the right to a trial by jury is the most important and fundamental right that all Americans possess. Mr. Bankston’s experience in the courtroom has proven to be invaluable and has shaped his successful practice over the last thirty-three (33) years.

When Mr. Bankston is not working, he enjoys racing automobiles with NASA, WRL (World Racing League) and AER (American Endurance Racing). He has raced numerous times at Daytona International Speedway, Road Atlanta, Roebling Road, Carolina Motorsports Park, Virginia International Raceway, and Barber Motor Sports. Previously, he road raced motorcycles in Supersport and Superbike and won two Southeastern Expert Championships (WERA and CCS).
